What is Poker School?
Mark and Tina Napolitano of PokerPages.com have joined forces with Mike Caro, Lou Krieger, Nolan Dalla, Rolf Slotboom, Barry Tanenbaum, Daniel Negreanu and Jennifer Harmon to lend their expert views to poker playing. The Poker School site is well laid out, and includes articles and tests, but most significantly ongoing tournament competitions.

Every day you can polish your skills vs. other determined adversaries in Hold 'em, Omaha and Stud tournaments to polish your skills for the real thing and real money.
In April, 2002 they started awarding League Points to people who lead three different tournament categories which can be exchanged for buy-in's to major poker events. As an example, the league winner of the "Gold League" gets 350 points each month which (once you reach 500 points) can be redeemed dollar for dollar for big event buy ins.
Besides the site itself, what makes this place most worthwhile are all the people you interact with. Some are friendly, and some will make you want to hit them over the head with a bat, but they will ALL teach you something about Tournament play and that is worth the $15/month price of admission alone (less if you buy a year at a time).
