We've added still more updates to our card graphics in our /main section (every page of /main is now updated). In addition we've been redoing our meta descriptions on all pages to help the search engines find useful content for new visitors.

We're using some new functionality to make our hand examples easier to code so we can provide more of them. Starting Hands and Flop recoded using new method. The cards are also a bit smaller so the articles flow better.

The Starting Hands have been updated for 2008. We have eliminated some of the unsuited gapped connectors from late position play to further reduce the variance of this play style in extremely loose Texas Hold'em games.

The dropdown menus at the top of Low Limit Holdem have been updated both in the sense that now there ARE drop down menus (before there were just plain text links to a few site features) and to increase the number of cardrooms available under our cardroom review section. We're also continuing to make changes behind the scenes to make the Low Limit sites easier for us to maintain which means more time for fresh poker content. We'll be cascading these changes to the other Low Limit sites either today or tomorrow.

Working on site internals and some redesign with CSS. The rounded edges on the left navigation bar are one result. Another result is that the pages are getting smaller bandwidth-wise so they should load faster.

The internal redesign and refresh for all the Low Limit websites is continuing. This time our Quality Poker Links page has been checked for bad links and then manually, link by link, checked to make sure the content we link to as 'quality poker links' really is.

Updated our PokerStars review page with some more information about the great VIP players club they offer (one of the reasons they're the largest cardroom on the internet right now). Also the Minifreeroll #10 date has been set to July 14th, 2007 at 9:00am Pacific time (Noon Eastern time/USA) so if you can't be there for that even then join the Low Limit Poker Forum and qualify for #11 which is taking signups now!

Added a review page for PKR which is a new 3d cardroom. Think of it as TruePoker to the next level. The only down-side is that they don't offer real-money play to US players right now, but US players can still join and play the play-money games.

Planet Poker has announced its withdrawal from real-money poker games entirely and will be only providing them until the end of the month. They will however be honoring all players account balances.

Doyles room has stopped serving US players. The narrows the list of online cardrooms catering to US players down to a mere handful. Still, the quality of that handful is very high with names like UltimateBet, Full Tilt, Poker Stars and Bodog. For non-US players, the cardrooms in our Online Poker Rooms section offer some great incentives to get you to join.
As always we encourage anyone from the United States who enjoys playing poker online to join the Poker Players Alliance. Full Tilt is offering some great incentives and bonuses to offset your contribution to this cause.
